Repeat Prescription Sign Up
A repeat prescription may be issued by your prescriber if you are taking regular medication. You might have been issued a batch of prescriptions covering several months or you might be ordering your prescription by completing a repeat order slip each time or by contacting your surgery.
It works in 4 easy steps

Call us on 0844 262 9992 (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday) or request a call back from our Customer Care Team.

Your details will be taken over the phone and your repeat prescriptions will be set up online.

You will then receive an email prompting you to go online, sign in and confirm the items on your prescription, pay for them if necessary and post your prescription to us.

On receipt of your prescription we will prepare your medication and post it to your chosen delivery address.
