Whether you just want an answer on an everyday health problem, or you want an in-depth chat with someone because you’re worried about health issues or the health of a loved one, you can speak to your local Co-operative Pharmacist.

Information about chaperones

For the safety and comfort of both our patients and pharmacy colleagues it may sometimes be necessary to have a chaperone present when using one of our consultation rooms.

A chaperone provides a safeguard for both patients and pharmacy colleagues during a private consultation. You may ask to have a chaperone present during any consultation where you feel it may be necessary. Your chaperone may be a family member or friend, or you may choose to have an additional, trained member of the pharmacy team present. Don’t worry if you’re not sure, we’ll always ask whether you’d like a chaperone and help you in whatever way we can.
