About us/Your information

In the event that our courier UK Mail is unable to locate your address to deliver your order, they will contact you directly to confirm details of your address.
This policy only applies to data collected through our online pharmacy. It does not apply to our branch network, as no data collected in branches is transferred outside of the United Kingdom.

Please note that you may change your mind at any time by contacting us by any of the above methods or by following the instructions set out with each offer you receive.
If you believe that we are storing details relating to you and that these are incorrect or you wish to remove them, please contact the relevant business.
A hard copy of the policy is available from the Data Protection Manager, The Co-operative Group, FREEPOST MR9473, Manchester M4 8BA. Any revised policy will apply only to data collected after the new policy comes into effect.
Your rights to access your personal information
You have a right to ask for a copy of all pharmacy records about you.
There may be a charge to have a printed copy of the information held about you. Your request must be made in writing to the Pharmacy Superintendent at the contact details shown below. You will need to give adequate information in order for us to identify you (e.g.: full name, address and date of birth). You will be required to provide full ID before any information is released to you. We are required to respond to your request within 40 working days.
