What is the Internet Pharmacy registered logo and what does it mean?
Our pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) uses an Internet Pharmacy Logo to identify legitimate online pharmacies so that the public can be sure they are purchasing safe and genuine medicines online.
The logo is designed to help the public identify legitimate websites that are operated from pharmacies that are registered with the GPhC.
The logo not only provides a visual means to help patients identify whether a website is connected to a registered pharmacy, but it will also provide a direct link to the GPhC website. By clicking on the logo, visitors can verify the registration details of both the pharmacy and the pharmacist(s) behind the website.
Our pharmacy registration number is 1107466.
How can I confirm the registration details of your pharmacist?
The co-operativepharmacy.co.uk operates as any other community pharmacy. The pharmacy is under the control of the Responsible Pharmacist. The only difference is that we operate our services via the Internet for the convenience of our customers.
The Internet Pharmacy meets all of the regulations set by the General Pharmaceutical Council and is inspected by their Inspectors. You can check the status of the pharmacy, and our technicians and pharmacists, by contacting the General Pharmaceutical Council.

I haven’t received all of my order; what should I do?
This could occur for a number of reasons.
If you have ordered a prescription item(s) at the same time as other products and one of the other products is out of stock, we send the prescription item(s) straight away to ensure you have them in a timely manner. We will send the additional items as soon as they come into stock. You will not be charged for them until they are dispatched.
If your order does not include a prescription, check your confirmation email and parcel invoice to ensure that any missing item(s) have been processed. If the item(s) is not present on the original order, this means that you have not been charged for it, either because the item/s were not ordered by you (please see our ordering advice for help with ordering products), or because the item was not available when we packed your order. In the instance that the item you ordered is not available, we do not charge you for it and remove it from your invoice.
If the missing item is on the confirmation email and parcel invoice, please check all packaging carefully for the item, or for any signs of damage to the packaging. If the item is definitely missing, please contact our Customer Care Team on care@co-operativepharmacy.co.uk or 0844 262 9992.
Can I view my previous orders?
