Placing an order
How many images can I send at one time?
There are no limits to the amount of images you may send, but please be aware that the more photos you order, the longer they will take to upload.
Will my edited images be safe?
Your image files will be completely safe on our secure servers.
What kinds of image files do you accept?
We accept jpeg image files.
No, the copyright belongs to you.
Under what circumstances would you reject my order?
Any order which breaches the Obscene Publications Act will be rejected.
Will I get a discount if I order a larger quantity?
Our prints get cheaper as you order more. Please see our prints, canvases or posters for more information.
Can I order a combination of products in one go, e.g: prints, canvases and posters?
Yes, you can order any combination of products.
I have received my photo prints but part of the picture has been cut off. Why has this happened?
Different digital cameras have different aspect ratios, which can cause the final print to look different from the image file as seen on your camera.
While traditional 35mm film and digital SLR cameras have a 3:2 ratio which matches a 6x4 print, compact digital cameras take pictures at a 4:3 ratio which is much squarer. A 7x5 print from your compact digital camera will have less cut off the original image.
Our software explains what your image will look like if you choose to crop it or fit it into the print size chosen, but here's an example:

Not at the moment, but this is a service that we hope to offer in the near future.
Will my canvas be ready to hang when it arrives?
Your canvas will arrive with various hanging options.
Can I order online using an analogue modem connection?
You can place an order this way but it will take longer to upload your images to our site.
My upload was interrupted unexpectedly. Has my order gone through?
If you have received an order confirmation email then your order has been successful. If you have not, you will need to resubmit your order. Please allow up to 15 minutes for your order confirmation email to arrive.
There may be the odd occasion where our system makes a mistake so if you are unsure please call our Customer Care Team on 0844 262 9992 (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm) and select option 5.
Can I create a print order containing different print sizes?
Yes, a print order can contain any combination of print sizes.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I collect membership points when I order?
To collect membership points on your order, please download our software. This will allow you to enter your membership number.

How much do you charge for delivery?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Unless we experience circumstances beyond our control, prints and posters take 2 -4 working days to arrive. Canvases take 5 – 7 working days to arrive. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, or other areas outside the Mainland UK, please allow longer for your order to reach you.
Do I need to be in to sign for my parcel when it arrives?
For all Poster, Canvas and larger Print orders, you will need to be in to sign for your package when it is delivered. For small volumes of prints, no signature will be required on delivery.
What if my order doesn’t arrive within the specified time?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time (please see: “How long will my order take to arrive?"), please contact our Customer Care Team on 0844 262 9992, 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday (select option 5). Alternatively, you can email us on photolab@co-operativepharmacy.co.uk.
What do I do if my order is damaged when it arrives?
Generally all our orders are received in perfect condition as we use tried and tested packing methods. However, in the unlikely event that something has gone wrong and your order arrives damaged, please call our Customer Care Team on 0844 262 9992, 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday (select option 5) or email us at photolab@co-operativepharmacy.co.uk for further advice.
What do I do if I am not happy with the product I receive?
If for any reason you are not happy with the product you receive, please contact our Customer Care Team, who will be happy to discuss your concerns with you. You can call us on 0844 262 9992, 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday (select option 5) or email us at photolab@co-operativepharmacy.co.uk.
