As the foot flattens out on the ground, the supporting tissues that run along the bottom of the foot (the plantar fascia) are stretched. If these forces are excessive they can lead to stress and inflammation of the tissues, causing pain under the heel when weight is places on the foot.

CLEANING.
To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak).
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS.
Before usage, make sure the product is comfortably accommodated within the shoe: if necessary remove the existing insole. If any discomfort occurs, remove the orthotics for one or two hours, then wear again and repeat until comfortable. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult a professional for advice. For best results, replace every 12 months.
SMALL: EUR 36 - 39. UK MEN 4 - 6, WOMEN 3.5 - 6.
MEDIUM: EUR 40 - 42. UK MEN 6.5 - 8.5, WOMEN 7 - 8.
LARGE: EUR 43 - 46. UK MEN 9 - 11.5, WOMEN 7.5 - 9.
