LIQUID FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION.
A vitamin and mineral supplement for children and adults, particularly during and after illness. Minadex is formulated to contain Vitamins A and D, iron, calcium glycerophosphate and important trace minerals, and has an orange flavour.

DOSEAGE:
Children 6 months to 3 years - 1 teaspoonful (5ml.) twice daily.
Children 3 years to 12 years and pregnant or lactating women - 1 teaspoonful (5ml.) three times daily.
Adults - 2 teaspoonful (10ml.) three times daily.
To be taken from the spoon or stirred in water or milk after meals.
DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE.
Shake the bottle. After use wipe top of bottle with clean cloth before replacing lid.
Do not take this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
This product contains sodium metabisulphite which may rarely cause severe hypersensitivity reactions and bronchospasms.
This product contains soya bean oil. If you are allergic to peanut or soya do not use this medicinal product.
This product contains sodium methyl hydroxybenzoate which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
This product contains glucose and sucrose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product. May be harmful to teeth.
Side effects to this product are rare. However, if you notice anything out of the ordinary, inform your doctor or pharmacist.
No other medicine containing iron or vitamins A and D should be taken without prior medical consultation.
This product contains ammonium citrate which may stain the teeth.
Do not take this product after the expiry date indicated. Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.
Store in a cool place. Protect from sunlight. Store in original container.
