The best way to enjoy Complan
Complan is nutritionally balanced, so you only need to add water for a tasty and nourishing drink. However, you can make it up with milk if you prefer a rich and creamy taste.
Each serving provides around:
250 Calories when made with water
386 Calories when made with whole milk
One serving, when reconstituted with water is equivalent to a light meal.
Two servings is equivalent to a main meal.

Instruction for use
You'll need: 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk (cold or warm), a whisk or fork and a glass or mug.
Add a little of the water or milk to the glass or a mug and add 3-4 heaped dessert spoons of Complan.
Mix into a smooth cream with a whisk or fork.
Top up with the remaining water or milk whilst stirring continuously (take care if using hot liquid).
Warning: Infants below the age of 12 months should only be given Complan under medical supervision. Diabetics should consult their dietitian or doctor before including as part of their diet. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 2 months of opening.
